One Time Membership Fee Cancellation

One Time initial membership fee can be canceled with in three business days from application date. If client has not canceled with in 3 days of signing contract the initial fee of $199.99 will become non-refundable. Client must submit cancellation request to cancel@getthatjewelry.com.

Monthly Membership fee 

Monthly membership fee of $19.99  can be canceled anytime by accessing your client portal or submitting a cancellation request to cancel@getthatjewelry.com. By canceling your monthly membership fee you will no longer have access to your credit line.


Product Purchases

Products purchased may be returned within 30 days of the merchandise being received and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

 All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone at 1-855-539-3572.
